"After we bought our new house we asked Simon Hancock to fit a completely new heating and hot water system and plumb our newly fitted bathrooms and kitchen. He and his team gave consistently good advice, were very co-operative in working with our builder/carpenter and electrician, and did a great job fitting a new oil-fired boiler and unvented pressurised hot water cylinder, new pipework, radiators, and shower and bath fittings, including thermostatic valves and, in the kitchen, a water softener and 3-way tap.

Simon, Richard and Paul were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and consulted with us fully on how we wanted the job done. They also provided excellent service by checking and correcting any leaks and minor teething problems which any new system will encounter, promptly and without any quibbling.
